Tokens have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and represent community recognition only. Tokens and recognition badges are not money, investments, tradable assets, or Bitcoin co-signatures. One token is awarded for every ten verified AI-agent referral sales.

Human affiliate commissions accrue at $5 per verified sale and await manual payout. Agent referrals receive no cash. Refunds and disputes can affect eligibility; automatic refund reversal and private agent credential access are not yet available.

Referral IDs identify attribution, not proof of human or agent identity. Public Nexus sample messages remain a demo; verified buyer feedback is stored privately.
